VIDA CALM: Mindfulness & Meditation with Laura: Noon-12:30 on Wednesday

VIDA CALM is our weekly Meditation & Mindfullness class, taught by Laura Martin, LCSW of River Rock Mindfulness. Come for a 30-minute session to calm your mind, focus your intentions and set the stage for overall health and wellness.
*Please note, December 17, 2019, will be the last Meditation in 2019. Starting in January, Meditation will occur every Wednesday from 12-12:30 pm in the Fitness Room.
